The last Crafted by Infinity Princess Cut Diamond available in the world?!?! The Shocking Truth!

When I was the diamond buyer for Nice Ice, I used to buy the majority of our princess cut diamonds from Paul Slegers of Crafted by Infinity. Unfortunately Crafted by Infinity stopped producing their princess cut diamonds awhile back due to increased demand for their round brilliant ideal cut diamonds.  I literally thought that there weren’t any available, but while I was running a search for round brilliant ideal cut diamonds on the High Performance Diamonds web site today, I noticed that they still had an option for Princess Cut Diamonds available ~ so I clicked on it, and lo-and-behold, I found The Last Unicorn!

That’s right, I believe that this 0.755 carat, H-color, VS-2 clarity, Crafted by Infinity Princess Cut Diamond from High Performance Diamonds is the last one in their inventory… it’s a fair assumption, because the authorized vendors for Crafted by Infinity share their inventory listings with all of the other dealers, and this is the only one showing up on their global inventory! If you’re looking for a phenomenal princess cut diamond in this weight category, I wouldn’t hesitate to grab it because I don’t think that we’re going to see any new ones for awhile.

This particular Crafted by Infinity Princess Cut Diamond is graded by the American Gem Society Laboratory (AGSL) with an overall cut grade of AGS Ideal-0 on the Platinum Light Performance grading platform. So the proportions of the diamond are verified as being optimized for maximum light return and the lab report features an image of the Angular Spectrum Evaluation Tool, which shows where in the room the diamond is gathering light from and how it is reflecting it back towards the viewer (that’s you).

One of the things which I really like about this diamond, is that it’s nice and square, according to the AGSL, it measures 4.96 x 4.95 x 3.82 millimeters. A lot of “princess cut diamonds” are more rectangular in shape, and truly prefer them when they look more square. The primary inclusions consist of diamond crystals, feathers, clouds of pinpoint size diamond crystals, and individual pinpoint size diamond crystals.  This is definitely a diamond which I would purchase for myself if I were looking for a princess cut diamond in this weight classification.
